Powder Coating
Our paint shop is equipped with an advanced pre-treatment to provide corrosion protection in accordance with latest technology.

• Pretreatment of the 12 steps will ensure a consistent high quality of the painting results.
• The products are treated with Oxsilan, to get the best possible protection against corrosion.
• Three paintboxes for high flexibility, rapid color changes and short setup times.
• In the painting itself, we have full control over the entire process. This provides high flexibility and a consistent high quality.
• The system is completely sealed, which gives low environmental impact.

Glass abrasive blasting
We blast stainless ourself. This provides greater flexibility, shorter leadtimes and control over the process.

The plant is in a sealed room with an automatic recovery system. This keeps the glass balls of a high purity which minimizes the risk of contamination from foreign materials and we get an efficient use of the facility.
